• Supervise 24 original productions shows to train student producers in the areas of content and time keeping

• Troubleshoot audio and visual equipment in a fast-paced professional TV studio environment

• Accountable for teaching 45 crewmembers on WTOP expectations and to maintaining quality standards

• Learned to keep a rotation of dedicated members by encouraging and presenting opportunity for them to learn more studio positions
